Q: When I run the install, a
message pops up telling me that a file being copied is older than the
one currently on my system. What should I do?
A: Usually, you'll want to leave the
copy that already resides on your computer. The game may not run correctly if this occurs and you do not update the file.
Q: During the install the
following prompt comes up. What should I do in this situation?

A: Do not launch the installer with
any other applications running (including background virus programs).
The game may not run correctly if you choose to ignore these errors
messages.
Q: Why do turns in battle go so
slow?
A: By default, the battle speed is
set to 'Slow'. In game, click 'Character' then click 'Options' and
adjust the setting.
Q: I was playing the game and
suddenly received an error message. What should I do with it?
A: Please send us a report using this
feedback form. Note
the error number, error message and briefly describe what you were
doing when the error occurred. We'll look at it closely to try and
identify the problem.
