Good News!

Jared @ 10/27/2004 11:05:15 PM

Almost as nice as that cake that baked perfectly in the oven...umm...OK, so that didn't make much sense!

Three things for now...

Very sorry we haven't had an LoM patch in a while. I've said 'soon' so many times I've changed my name to Soon. Seriously though, I've got some vacation time this week and intend on bringing out what will likely be LoM's last patch, version 1.53.

LoM 2 is going great! I've got about 75% of the design work done and should begin UI design sometime before the middle of November.

I've got so much information to share, so watch for more very soon! (Haha!)

Finally, a new file!

This one revolves around LoM 2 and it's mapping features. You'll be able to explore the overworld and underworld locations (such as dungeons, towers, etc.) in full living color!

Take a look at this one - it has a sample zone map (what you see above ground) and a sample of the auto-map. The zone depicted is Kensall Forest!

Note that you'll need the .net Framework 1.1 to run it. You can get that from Windows Update.

Check out the map sample here!

Comments/thoughts? Post them on the LoM 2 board ASAP =)

Night!
