Windows 7 Support (all versions) ================================ Windows 7 can be annoying with it's never-ending attempt to "secure" your system from applications you didn't intend to run. Unfortunately, 99.9% of the time you did run the application and Windows 7 gets in the way. Note the following: -- The application should be run from an account that has Administrator privileges. -- If you still cannot get the program to work properly, try the following steps for 100% success. 1. Click on your "Start" button and select "Control Panel". 2. In the top right corner, choose "View By" and select "Small Icons". 3. Select the icon that reads "User Accounts". 4. Select the option "Change User Account Control settings". 5. Drag the slider to the bottom and click "OK". 6. Reboot your system. -- Windows 7 will no longer bother/prevent you from running an application and the update process should no longer fail/get stuck.
