Hi gang,
Things are moving ahead well...I've tested over 90 of the remaining zones in the game world. There are about 25 more to go.
After I finish testing those I will make a number of bug fixes tot he zones I tested...making them release ready. Beta 4 zones are completely tested up to level 50 or so. The next release will be tested right up to the ending!
A few more unique items...add the ending. Finish the rest of Shogun Village (about 65% done now). That's about it!
Thanks for playing and I will post another update as we get closer to Beta 5...likely in the next few weeks.

The latest build (1.0.4) is now ready for download. Please use the same link you have always used to download.
YOUR SAVE FILES from Beta 3 (1.0.3) can be used with 1.0.4 (Beta 4)...rejoice! simply uninstall the old version and install the new version and things should work.
Thanks to all of the testers who have been sending in issues etc. Your help is invaluable and muchly appreciated!
Expect a new release in the next couple of weeks. It will come down automatically through the new patcher.

What's that?
It looks like a patcher! Woot. No more upgrading to new releases by hand. No more lost save files. Exciting times!
I'm more than half way through Shogun Village implementation but I've paused to work on the patcher. It's going well...I should have it done soon.
A few more unique items...a bit more testing after level 50...implement the ending.
Closer and closer!

The latest build is now ready for download. Please head over to this thread to read all about it.
Many, many items have been changed, fixed or added - you can see the full list over here.
Send me an email at jaredconway@msn.com if you run into any troubles.
The following items still need to be completed for release:
-- Shogun Village is partially implemented.
-- Add about 50 more unique items.
-- Build a patcher so upgrading to new versions becomes MUCH easier.
-- Implement the ending.
-- Finish testing about 70% of the game world, making tweaks and fixing issues as they are discovered.
It's nice to be so close...just wish I could spend even more time on the project to get it wrapped up and out to the larger public.
Thanks to all of the testers who have been sending in issues etc. Your help is invaluable and muchly appreciated!

Good afternoon!
The Beta 2 release of LOM 2 should be posted in the next hour or so - yay! I have made many, many changes and will summarize them here in a moment.
Using the same download link you received via email to get the latest version. If you do not have that email send me an email and I'll get it to you.
You will need to uninstall the version you have now *before* you install the new Beta 2. Pre-Beta 2 adventures as not compatible so know that you will need to start a new party if you upgrade.
Eventually, this won't be an issue. I will build a patcher that keeps your copy of the game up to date (and it surely won't break your save files). This will not be available until the next release in a month or so.
